The Local plan has just been delayed by 6 months and is expected to be available for Public consultation in February 2025.   As soon as we have more detail we will let you know.

The local Plan was due for public consultation in October 2024, although the exact date has not been published and mainstream news says that the change in Government will result in changes to Plan making and therefore there may be delay.
